Theinitialinstallationisnotincludedwiththeprofessionalmember.Allinstallationwithourteammustbescheduledatleast4weeksinadvancebeforeactualtriptaken.Allnecessaryconnectivitymustbereadypriortheservicebeingscheduled.

Whileourprofessionalmemberarrivesatthesiteforacompletedandfinalinstallation,twodaystrainingcoursewillbeprovidetothecustomerforoperationandmaintenanceprocedure.Theinitialinstallationisprovidedwithin5workingdays.Theactualinstallationdaysmanyvary,basedondifferentmachinemodeandpackinglines.Eachdayofworkinghourconsistat8workinghours.Anyadditionaldaywillbechargeaccordingtoourservicefeelistedbelow.

Wheninitialinstallationisbeingcalledforourprofessionalmemberrequired,thesurchargewillbemadeadvancebythepurchaseatUS$80/person/dayplusalltravelexpenses.Travelexpensesincludedocumentationfeesvisacharge);localanddestinationtransportationchargesair,train,ferry,Bus,taxioranymeansoftransportationrequiredtoarriveto/fromdestination);accommodation(minimumof3starhotelfacility)and3dailyhotmeals.

2.Translator
Iftranslatorisrequiredandcan'tbeprovidedbypurchaserthenwewillprovideatranslatorforsamechargeasinitialinstallationstipulatedabove.AllcommunicatewithourengineershouldbeinChinese.AnytranslationprovidebyuswillbebasedbetweenEnglishandChineseonly.PurchaserisresponsibleforthetranslationbetweenlocallanguageandEnglish.

1.Warranty
AllpartsareundertwoYearWarrantywithdefectsfrommanufacturer.Anyotherdefectcausedbyhumanerror,mishandling,wear-andtear&anyforeseeableconditionswillnotbecoveredbythiswarranty.Allelectronicpartsandcomponentcanbeguaranteedbyoriginalpart'smanufacturerorourcompany.

2.Payment
30%ofthetotalcontractamountistobeT/Tintoassignedaccountattheperiodof5workingdaysafterthePurchasecontractissigned.
70%ofthebalancemusttobemadeviaT/Toftheremainderbalanceamountofthepurchasecontractbeforetheorderedequipmentistobedelivered10workingdaysprioroftheshipment.
