LX electric single-girder suspension crane is composed of girder weld by steel plate and I-steel, end girder, electric hoist and electric treadmill.
It can be hung on the I-beam orbit on the top of the workshop, with the cantilever of 0.5~1m long.
The electric hoist runs along the lower flanges of the I-steel of girder to accomplish article hoisting, featuring dexterous structure and easy installation and maintenance.
It is widely used for such places as workshops, warehouses and stock yards.
The span of it is 3~16m (subject to non-standard desigh according to user's requirements).
The classification group is A3, and the operating ambient temperature is -25~40c.

Electrical Panel	Modular design, ease to install and maintain, reliable operation, fuses less circuitry, ducted wiring and compact terminals. Motor overload protection to pvent overloadingIf cabin control, it can be equipped with Air-conditioning and with easy and conveniet control panel.
Limit Switch	For over Hoisting and Over lowering: Shunt, adjustable type. Two way lever type for CT both direction and LT both direction of reputed make.Safety limit switches for stoppers will be provided to pvent over traveling in all motions
Control Panel	Through Cabin Control as also with Master Controller with Push Button for ON, OFF, UP, DOWN, Forward, Reverse, Left, Right, Bridge Light &Emergency Stop. Operating safe Voltage 36Volts, hanging in the end of Bridge Girder.The control panel of crane should consist of Fuses, reversing air breakers, step down transformer, relay etc. The wires /cables should be numbered as per circuit diagram. Circuit diagram covered with sheet to be provided on the inside of panel door.
