Logistics equipment empty container Top Loader ( reach stacker ) CRS450ABZ5 is specially designed for the international standard 20' and 40' container and the main purpose of these equipments are used to stack or carry the container in port and ground. Comparing with the standard forklifts, it features maneuverability, easy operation, better stability, lower tyre pss, and high stage of stacking and high stacking efficiency. The straddling container work is especially suitable for operation of container in middle-smaller harbor, railway station and road station, it can also be used in the large container port as a assistant equipment.

The reach stacker CRS450ABZ5 consists of heavy-duty chassis, telescopic beam and hanging spader. The chassis consists of engine, power-shift transmission, front axle, rear axle, steering system, cab, truck frame, counter balance, tyres etc. The telescopic beam consists of telescopic cylinder, beam up-down cylinder, beam support etc. The spader consists of circumrotating structure, up frame, link frame, base frame, telescopic frame, telescopic cylinder, vibration-avoiding cylinder, side-shift cylinder twist lock cylinder etc.

The reach stacker featuring with telescopic, right-left circumrotating spader, is suitable for the container load and unload work. When stacking the Container, the reach stacker is not limited to vertically operation, diagonally work is also available. When lifting up, the spader can be circumrotated to facilitate through narrow alleyway. By the way, the spader has side-shift 800mm in each side for couple in lifting containers, so as to increase the efficiency. The reach stacker can also be used in bad condition container ground.

The telescopic beam can change breadth with load. Picking and stacking container are completed by the beam's telescope and breadth change. When the beam extends out and up-down cylinder extends out, the speed of lifting is fast. When lowering with lock in, can get a fast lowering speed. While working, it can affect walk, breadth change, and beam telescope in same time so as to gain high efficiency.
