The product adopts Yangchai YZ4D series YZ4DC1-40 engine, which is of advanced design and excellent manufacturing; Its unit unipump, electronic control VE pump, high injection pssure and small-bore fuel injector guarantee high engine performance, accurate control of oil injection process and low eddy air inlet. Its optimized comBustion chamber matching realizes low emission and low oil consumption. By adopting 3-d CAD/CAE design and piston with inner cold oil duct, the engine can run safely and reliably. The engine can realize closed-loop control, and has stable idling and little vibration and noise.

III: Cab-humanized Design

Design features:

Main hydraulic cylinder of the draw arm is main transmission device for lifting, loading &unloading garbage and garbage carrier. One end of the main cylinder is fixed at the auxiliary frame near the cab, and the other end is connected with draw arm. Supporting legs are also available at the tail of auxiliary frame. By controlling the expansion of oil cylinder, rear supporting legs can be put on the round or with drawed. And supporting point will be moved backward when supporting legs are working on the ground. In this case, garbage carrier can be lifted smoothly and chassis of truck can't be lifted.

I: Effective volume of the carriage is above 5CBM, and high-quality alloy steel plates are adopted for carriage production. The bottom of the carriage is of channel steel structure and its thickness reaches 5mm. And thickness of bottom floor &side wall is respectively 4mm &3mm. The side wall of carriage is flat without reinforcing bars.

II: Cathodic electrophoresis is treated on the whole carriage body and all parts of the carriage. And this process could make sure the carriage can work at least 6years without going rust.



III: Bucket are made of high strength stainless steel material which is of abrasion& corrosion resistant. And containers are of integral frame type welding structure.



IV. Special device of the vehicle takes power from engine and works out through hydraulic mechanism.



V: Atruck can be equipped with multiple garbage buckets, which can achieve joint operation with garbage buckets in multiple locations, greatly reducing the cost and space of equipment.

VI: The rear door of tank is tightened by 2locking bolts to avoid secondary pollution during transportation, and garbage inside container can be dumped out when locking bolts are loosened.
