The vehicle is equipped with high-performance WP3Q130E50 engine. based on the most advanced engine technology in Asia, it is further optimized to achieve the Euro V emission standard. The power reaches 91KW and the fuel consumption is only 17.4 L/KM, it is the lowest among the same models in the Chinese market.

I: Effective volume of the carriageisabove6.5CBM, and high-quality alloy steel plates are adopted for carriage production. The bottom of the carriageis of channel steel structure and its thickness reaches 5 mm. And thickness of bottom floor & side wall is respectively 4mm & 3mm. The side wall of carriage is flat without reinforcing bars.
II:Cathodic Electrophoresis
The high quality electrophoresis technology can make the salt spray process time up to 1000 hours, and the efficiency is more than 5 times that of general spraying technology, which greatly improves the anti-corrosion and rust ability of the compartment.All steel plates of tanks will be treated with pickling phosphate,which makes them corrosion-resistant&anti-rust.Also tanks shall be treated with cathode electrophoresis process too.
And this process could make sure the carriage can work at least 6 years without going rust.
III:Compound lifting mechanism Top mounted hydraulic cylinder is specially designed to ensure the stability and capacity load-bearing of lifting process.And 240type dust bins can work well with the mechanism.
IV:The compartment is equipped with a pushing shovel compssion unit which can push the garbage collected inside the carriage to effectively improve the use of the carriage.
V:Double two-stage cylinders are adopted for the tilting of the carriage to ensure the lifting height of the compartment and the stationarity during the lifting process.The hydraulic control system is convenient and simple.
VI:Specially designed interlocking system is applied to garbage lifting and pushing plates to avoid garbage scattering and parts damage due to wrong operation.{only when the push plate is against the stroke valve,can the lifting mechanism work.At this time,the push plate returns to its original position(the front end of carriage)}.
VII:Rear door of container is locked by 2 hydraulic cylinder lock hooks. Together with quality imported sealing strips adopted, no sewage or garbage & leakage will occur.
VIII:Large volume stainless steel drain tank is installed at the bottom of the carriage, it is supposed is to collect sewage during compssion transportation. And then sewage will be discharged by drain pipe.
IX: The oil temperature scale is added to the hydraulic oil tank to keep track of the oil volume in the hydraulic system.
X:All hydraulic valves, oil cylinders, oil pipes, valve blocks, oil pumps, PTO are from domestic well-known brands. And quality claims caused by non-human factors within warranty period, assembly parts will be sent for replacement without charge.
XI:The bucket lifting device can work with 120# & 240# dustbins. And detailed size of dustbins are of 102 x 59.05 X 74 mm & 90 x 60 X 75 mm.
