1. Aerosol pparation tank
TotalPack offers a wide range of tanks or kettles which can be custom designed to fulfill your packaging needs ranging from 5 litter to 5000 litters tank.

1.Features

MDI(Metered-Dose Inhaler)equipment----one step method Aerosal pparation tank.
The Preparation vessel for MDI suspensions of one step method is ideal equipment for MDI suspensions production which is in accordance with GMP standard.

All the material in contact with product is made of AISI316L stainless steel , other parts we use AISI304L stainless steel.

We use anti-explosion technology for the control system.

Have loading cell installed at the bottom of the equipment which displays the weight accurately. This equipment is the key equipment for the production of the three phrase MDI suspensions.

Below are the functions of the equipment:

1. The machine can operate aerosol pparation and filling process at low temperature condition.

2. The production processing can keep going in the environment temperature which is under 20°C.

3. We got the propellant 134A from high pssure processing.

4. The MDI mixing suspensions can be delivered to the filling machine under the state of high pssure liquid.

5. The circulatory system and mixing vessel can form a closed cycle.

6.Designed pssure: 10KG, with cooling jacket

7.The lid of vessel can be lifted, make its convenience for clean and disinfection.

8. Power supply: 380V 3phase 50Hz or 220V 3phase 60Hz.

9.Volume: 50L, 100L, 150L, 200L. Custom design is available.

3.600 Gallon mixing emulsifying tank

The whole equipment consists of 600 Gallon mixing tank, emulsifying pump, weighing system, electrical control system.
The parts in contact with product are made of SUS316L stainless steel material.
The top dish includes: Manhole, sight glass DN100 with light, CIP cleaning ball, a Respirator (with 0.22um filter), circulation hole, backup hole.
600 Gallon mixing tank: There are three mixing paddles inside the tank, the speed is 0~60 rpm. There are three buffle plates at the side of the tank. There is material Inlet at the top side of the tank.
The tank bottom includes: material outlet (With sanitary diaphragm tank bottom valve), stirrer, sewage hole.
The Emulsifying pump
The emulsifying pump is mounted on the bottom of the tank, the motor power 11KW, speed 3500rpm with frequency control.
Weighing System
The weight modules are installed at the bottom of the tank legs. The material weight is displayed on the control panel. (METTLER TOLEDO weighing module brand)

4.Complete Vacuum Homogenizer System (HR-100A)

It consist of p-treatment mixing tanks, a vacuum emulsifying mixer tank, a vacuum pump, a hydraulic system, a control system and a working platform. It is capable of processing up to 2000 L of cream.

1.Features
Tank operates through a hydraulic system.
All parts in contact with the material is made of 316L stainless steel which meet cGMP standard.
Emulsifying mixer´s capacity ranges between 0 to 3500 r/min with frequency control.
The scraper sticks to the surface of the tank and has a capacity between 10 and 50 r/min with frequency control.
Adopted a vacuum drawing material design to be used especially with the powder material in order to avoid floating matter.
The homogenizer processing is done under vacuum conditions to avoid bubble formation.
The machine is equipped with CIP cleaning fitting, and is easy to operate and maintain.
