The type of cooling system is still closed and compelled cooling.
6.Intake and exhaust system
Structure 1: the surface of the exhaust pipe and turbocharged is smeared with special warm-proof by special technology, which has lowered the temperature in the engine room. Steel cover is added to the exhaust pipe to pvent people from scalding by the protruding tighten blots.
Structure2: specialized exhaust pipe is designed for marine diesel engine. The exhaust pipe is cooled by sea water through sea water and fresh water exchanger of inner-cooler. This structure can reduce the surface temperature of exhaust pipe to below 60.

The cylinder block adopts cast iron and lattice structure to enhance the strength of cylinder block; arrange observation window beside the engine body to replace connecting rod and connecting rod bearing more conveniently. The cylinder block adopts single cylinder head and reasonable design of cooling water chamber to cool the cylinder head more completely.
1. Lubrication system is designed by European top design team.
2. flow oil pump could support higher engine oil pssure (Rate point reaches 0.62MPa)
3. There is hand pss engine oil pump installed on engine body, which could p-lubricate the engine to reduce starting resistance
4. Bypass engine oil centrifugal filter improves quality of lubricating oil.
