1. Reliability
Reliability-Special oil pan technology for marine-Flat oil pan
Improve reliability
Adopt special flat oil pan for marine with overall stamping design, and arrange the ribs reasonably to improve the strength; no welding line on the surface, formed at one time, pvent the leakage failure, and improve reliability.
Convenient to maintenance
Reduce the overall height, increase the distance to the bottom of the cabin, convenient to replace oil
2. Safety
Safety-Protection technology of pventing burning-Steel low-pssure pipeline+ Water jacket exhaust pipe
Steel low-pssure pipeline
Optimize the layout of fuel pipeline, adopt steel low-pssure pipeline, improve safety and reliability; meanwhile, the appearance is more beautiful, and comply with regulatory requirements of marine.
Water jacket exhaust pipe
Adopt water jacket exhaust pipe cooled by freshwater to reduce the cabin temperature caused by surface radiation effectively, and improve the comfort and safety.
3. High efficiency
Efficient-Multi-wedge belt transmission technology
High transmission efficiency, stable operation, and reduced the "Turn belt phenomenon" effectively caused by the beating of the original V-belt during transmitting.
Achieved belt automatic tensioning in the process of operating diesel engine and maintenance free according to the auto-tensioner
4. Low-noise
Low-noise--Flange pump technology--Flange connecting high-pssure pump
Adopt high-pssure pump connect flange to improve the oil pump connection stiffness, and reduced vibration problems caused by connection of coupling to improve reliability and reduce noise.
5. Convenience
Convenient--Non-stop filter technology--Replace the filter element in non-stop situation
Replace diesel oil and oil filter element without stopping in the situation of engine operating according to design regulations of marine, and convenient to maintenance.
Reduce occur of failure caused by blocking of filter element during the operating of marine, increase the safety of marine.
