On December 29, under the theme of “Boundless innovation, Smart Connection”, “Chenglong Cup” Express Industry Competition Stage Achievement Press Conference and Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor&ZTO Strategic Cooperation Signing Ceremony were held in Shanghai ZTO Express Incorporated Company, the first batch of 100 express signing order ceremony in 2017 was processed at the same time.

The purchased Chenglong H7 in this time are all 4X2 models with weight of 7 tons. The most of espress delivery are light goods without considering the load capacity. And 4X2 model is cheap, lightweight and fuel-saving which is more suitable to be express trucks.

Except 4X2 truck suitable for line hual, Chenglong H7 also has outstanding advantages on power chain, chassis design and lightweight.

Firstly, the three power chains are niubility. On engine, Chenglong H7 uses Dongfeng Cummins 13L ISZ425 41 National V engine which is the popular power recently, the same as Dongfeng CV Tianlong flagship engine. Its max power is up to 425hp so as to ensure the time efficency in line haul.

Transmission uses FAST 12JSD180TA aluminum alloy manned 12 gear transmission, rear axle uses Fangzheng 500 rear axle special designed for Liuzhou Motor, speed ratio is 3.231 (large power with small speed ratio, more suitable for highway transportation). While the front and rear axle uses American ConMet long maintenance product (free maintenance of 500 thousand km without refueling engine oil), extend the maintenance interval, save time and cost, improve operational efficiency.

Secondly, H7 has large capacity can load more goods. The wheelbase of H7 uses the 3800mm wheelbase which is mainstream of current 4x2 courier tractor, matching the three-axis 13.75-meter trailer, the cargo volume can reach to 130 cubic meters; adjustable air suspension height and saddle height are convenient for customization large volume cargo and more conducive to connect hang.

Thirdly, the weight of the truck is 7 ton, more load and more fuel-saving. H7 uses the structure of two front springs and four rear airbags, reducing the weight; 50# lightweight low saddle, corrugated fixed plate, Aluminum Alloy reservoir and 450+600L Aluminum fuel tank are all lighter than the normal products.
